Ingredients:

  • 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky layers biscuits
  • 1 tbsp salted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch flaky sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer. Set your machine to 330°F (165°C) for 3 minutes. Note: Starting with a hot basket ensures the bottom of the biscuit starts cooking immediately.
  2. Optionally, line the air fryer basket with a perforated parchment liner, ensuring it doesn't cover the entire bottom. Place the biscuits in a single layer, ensuring at least 1 inch of space between each for maximum airflow.
  3. Air fry for 8 minutes total. At the 4-minute mark, use silicone tongs to gently flip the biscuits to prevent a soggy bottom and ensure even browning.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter and honey. Remove biscuits from the fryer and immediately brush half of the honey butter mixture onto the hot biscuits. Rest for 2 minutes, then apply the remaining glaze and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt. Wait until they are glistening and fragrant.
