- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1 lb red or green seedless grapes, whole
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced into half-moons
- 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp fresh lime zest
- 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chiffonade
Instructions:
- Prepare the sturdy produce first. Place the whole grapes, blueberries, and pineapple chunks into a large non-reactive glass mixing bowl. Save the strawberries and kiwi for the final step to prevent crushing.
