  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 1 lb red or green seedless grapes, whole
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced into half-moons
  • 3 mandarin oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp fresh lime zest
  • 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chiffonade

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the sturdy produce first. Place the whole grapes, blueberries, and pineapple chunks into a large non-reactive glass mixing bowl. Save the strawberries and kiwi for the final step to prevent crushing.
