Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Instructions:
- In a small dry mixing bowl, add the chicken bouillon, nutritional yeast, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, turmeric, white pepper, celery salt, cornstarch, and cayenne pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a spice grinder or high-speed blender for texture refinement.
- Pulse the mixture 3–5 times until the granules are broken down into a fine, uniform powder resembling soft yellow dust.
- Whisk the powder to ensure even distribution and perform a visual check for any remaining streaks of starch or turmeric.
- Using a funnel, transfer the seasoning into an airtight jar. Label and store in a cool, dry place. Use 1 tablespoon of seasoning for every 2 cups of water.
