Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp chicken bouillon granules
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a small dry mixing bowl, add the chicken bouillon, nutritional yeast, sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, turmeric, white pepper, celery salt, cornstarch, and cayenne pepper.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a spice grinder or high-speed blender for texture refinement.
  3. Pulse the mixture 3–5 times until the granules are broken down into a fine, uniform powder resembling soft yellow dust.
  4. Whisk the powder to ensure even distribution and perform a visual check for any remaining streaks of starch or turmeric.
  5. Using a funnel, transfer the seasoning into an airtight jar. Label and store in a cool, dry place. Use 1 tablespoon of seasoning for every 2 cups of water.
