Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 tbsp blue raspberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp marshmallow syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp blue raspberry syrup

Instructions:

  1. Place your glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to frost the glass and prevent the shake from melting quickly.
  2. Add the chilled milk, vanilla ice cream, and a pinch of salt to the blender. Blend on medium speed for 20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add the blue raspberry syrup, marshmallow syrup, and vanilla extract. Pulse the blender 3–5 times to maintain thickness.
  4. Pour the shake into the frosted glass. Top with whipped cream, a drizzle of blue raspberry syrup, and rainbow sprinkles.
