Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (115g) mayonnaise
- 1 clove (5g) garlic, finely grated or pasted
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
Instructions:
- Grate the garlic clove using a microplane directly into a small mixing bowl to create a fine paste.
- To the bowl with the garlic, whisk in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard together until the sauce is completely smooth and the lemon juice is fully incorporated.
- Fold in the salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust lemon juice or salt as needed.
