Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (115g) mayonnaise
  • 1 clove (5g) garlic, finely grated or pasted
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (5g) Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp (1.5g) fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Grate the garlic clove using a microplane directly into a small mixing bowl to create a fine paste.
  2. To the bowl with the garlic, whisk in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard together until the sauce is completely smooth and the lemon juice is fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the salt and black pepper. Taste and adjust lemon juice or salt as needed.
