Ingredients:
- 2 oz freshly brewed espresso or strong cold brew concentrate
- 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp hot water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place the white chocolate chips and maple syrup in a small bowl. Add the hot water or milk.
- Microwave for 15–20 seconds until the chocolate is softened, then use a handheld frother to blend the mixture into a smooth, ivory-colored paste.
- Pour the hot espresso or cold brew concentrate directly into the white chocolate paste and froth for 10 seconds until integrated.
- Fill a 16 oz glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- Pour the white mocha coffee mixture over the ice.
- Slowly pour the unsweetened almond milk over the top to create a marbled effect.
