Ingredients:

  • 2 oz freshly brewed espresso or strong cold brew concentrate
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place the white chocolate chips and maple syrup in a small bowl. Add the hot water or milk.
  2. Microwave for 15–20 seconds until the chocolate is softened, then use a handheld frother to blend the mixture into a smooth, ivory-colored paste.
  3. Pour the hot espresso or cold brew concentrate directly into the white chocolate paste and froth for 10 seconds until integrated.
  4. Fill a 16 oz glass to the brim with ice cubes.
  5. Pour the white mocha coffee mixture over the ice.
  6. Slowly pour the unsweetened almond milk over the top to create a marbled effect.
