Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs Center-cut Salmon Fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 cup Raw Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting into uniform 1-inch cubes and patting dry with paper towels to remove all surface moisture.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the salmon cubes in the mixture until evenly coated, shaking off any excess.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add salmon cubes in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
  4. Sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms, then remove salmon from the pan.
  5. In the same pan, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and grated ginger. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze.
  6. Return the salmon bites to the pan and toss quickly to coat every surface in the glaze before serving.
