Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs Center-cut Salmon Fillet, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
- 1/4 cup Raw Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
Instructions:
- Prepare the salmon by cutting into uniform 1-inch cubes and patting dry with paper towels to remove all surface moisture.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cornstarch, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the salmon cubes in the mixture until evenly coated, shaking off any excess.
- Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add salmon cubes in a single layer, ensuring they do not touch.
- Sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes per side until a golden-brown crust forms, then remove salmon from the pan.
- In the same pan, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sriracha, and grated ginger. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens into a glossy glaze.
- Return the salmon bites to the pan and toss quickly to coat every surface in the glaze before serving.
