Ingredients:

  • 1 can (8.4 fl oz) Red Bull
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp flavored syrup
  • 1 tbsp secondary accent syrup
  • 1 tbsp fruit puree
  • Fresh berries or a lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Pour 2 tbsp primary syrup and 1 tbsp accent syrup into the bottom of your 16 oz tumbler.
  2. Add 1 tbsp fruit puree to the syrups. Stir briefly for 10 seconds until the mixture is a thick, uniform paste.
  3. Fill the tumbler to the brim with crushed ice. Pack it down firmly with your spoon until the ice is tight and doesn't shift.
  4. Slowly pour 8.4 fl oz of chilled Red Bull over the ice in a thin stream to keep the syrups at the bottom.
  5. Let the drink sit for 30 seconds until you see the neon colors start to bleed upward.
  6. Insert your stirring rod and use a gentle folding motion. Lift the syrup from the bottom to the top until the color is consistent throughout.
  7. Top with fresh berries or a lime wedge for a bit of acid.
