Ingredients:
- 200g Triple Cream Brie
- 150g Aged Sharp Cheddar
- 125g Gorgonzola Dolce
- 150g Manchego cheese, sliced into triangles
- 100g Prosciutto di Parma
- 100g Salami Milano
- 80g Bresaola
- 200g Seeded Crackers and Sliced Baguette
- 4 tbsp Honeycomb or Fig Jam
- 75g Marcona Almonds
- 1 bunch Champagne grapes
- 2 sliced pears
- 50g Cornichons
Instructions:
- Place small ramekins filled with honey, jam, and cornichons on a large wooden board in a triangular layout to create anchors.
- Position the large cheeses next to the bowls. Keep the Brie whole, but pre-slice several wedges of the Manchego.
- Fold the Prosciutto into ribbons and the Salami into fans. Arrange them in a soft 'S' shape winding through the center of the board to create visual height.
- Fill all remaining gaps with clusters of champagne grapes, piles of crackers, sliced baguette, and Marcona almonds.
