Ingredients:

  • 3 oz chilled Brut Champagne
  • 2 oz chilled white cranberry juice
  • 1/8 tsp edible gold luster dust
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp gold sanding sugar
  • 3 fresh raspberries
  • 1 sprig fresh mint

Instructions:

  1. Place honey on one small shallow plate and gold sanding sugar on another.
  2. Dip the rim of a chilled champagne flute into the honey to coat evenly, then press it firmly into the gold sanding sugar, rotating slowly to create a thick crust.
  3. Pour 2 oz of chilled white cranberry juice into the prepared glass.
  4. Add 1/8 tsp of edible gold luster dust to the juice and stir gently with a bar spoon to incorporate.
  5. Slowly top the glass with 3 oz of chilled Brut Champagne, allowing the natural effervescence to lift and circulate the gold dust.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and an optional sprig of mint before serving immediately.
