Ingredients:
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1.5 cups Cold Whole Milk
- 5.1 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 lb Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 5 large Ripe Bananas, sliced
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- 11 oz Vanilla Wafer Cookies
- 0.5 cup Strawberry Preserves
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chilled sweetened condensed milk and cold whole milk until combined. Gradually sprinkle in the instant pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes until thickened.
- In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla bean paste until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture using a spatula until no streaks remain.
- Toss the sliced bananas in lemon juice to prevent oxidation. In a small bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar; let sit for 10 minutes, then drain excess liquid.
- In a 9x13 dish or trifle bowl, spread a thin layer of pudding. Top with a layer of vanilla wafers, followed by layers of sliced bananas, strawberries, and dots of strawberry preserves.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a smooth pudding layer or extra whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
