Ingredients:

  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1.5 cups Cold Whole Milk
  • 5.1 oz Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 1 lb Fresh Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 5 large Ripe Bananas, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 11 oz Vanilla Wafer Cookies
  • 0.5 cup Strawberry Preserves

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the chilled sweetened condensed milk and cold whole milk until combined. Gradually sprinkle in the instant pudding mix and whisk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla bean paste until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture using a spatula until no streaks remain.
  3. Toss the sliced bananas in lemon juice to prevent oxidation. In a small bowl, toss the sliced strawberries with granulated sugar; let sit for 10 minutes, then drain excess liquid.
  4. In a 9x13 dish or trifle bowl, spread a thin layer of pudding. Top with a layer of vanilla wafers, followed by layers of sliced bananas, strawberries, and dots of strawberry preserves.
  5. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a smooth pudding layer or extra whipped cream. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
