Ingredients:
- 200g Triple Cream Brie wheel
- 115g Aged White Cheddar, sliced into triangles
- 85g Wensleydale with Cranberries
- 96g Dark Chocolate Truffles (approx. 8 count)
- 100g Sea Salt Dark Chocolate bar, broken into shards
- 75g Ruby Chocolate chips
- 60ml Nutella or Raspberry Jam
- 85g Thinly sliced Prosciutto or Spicy Salami
- 60g Marcona Almonds or glazed Walnuts
- 150g Rosemary Raincoast Crisps or Butter Crackers
- 150g Fresh Strawberries, sliced into hearts
- 150g Red Grapes
- 3 sprigs Fresh Rosemary or Mint for garnish
Instructions:
- Place your 'anchors'—the items that won't move. Position the wheel of Brie on one side of the board and place small ramekins filled with jam or nuts on the opposite corners to create visual balance.
- Create the 'S-Curve' flow by arranging the sliced aged white cheddar and the prosciutto in a winding path across the center of the board.
- Add secondary cheeses like the Wensleydale and the larger chocolate elements, such as the dark chocolate truffles and shards of the sea salt bar, near the cheese anchors.
- Incorporate the fresh elements. Place the heart-shaped strawberries and grape clusters in the remaining larger open spaces.
- Fill the small gaps with the ruby chocolate chips, Marcona almonds, and crackers to create a lush, bountiful appearance.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary or mint sprigs to provide a pop of color and aromatic finish.
