Ingredients:

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 0.1g sea salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Pull two fresh shots of espresso or brew coffee extra strong. Pour the hot liquid into a mug and stir in the pinch of salt immediately.
  2. Combine milk and white chocolate in a saucepan over medium-low heat or in a microwave-safe glass. Heat gently until steaming but not boiling, stirring constantly until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove milk from heat and use a handheld frother for 15–30 seconds to create a thick foam. Slowly pour the frothed milk into the espresso, topping with the remaining foam.
