- 1/4 teaspoon (0.6g) ground Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon (20g) pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons (15g) toasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup (37g) fresh blueberries
- 1 teaspoon (3g) hemp hearts
Instructions:
- In a 16 oz wide-mouth mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Stir or shake until the seeds are evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
- Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir vigorously, ensuring you reach the bottom corners of the jar to eliminate dry pockets.
- Seal the jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top the oats with toasted walnuts, fresh blueberries, and hemp hearts. Stir again if a thinner consistency is desired, adding a splash of extra milk if needed.
