Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon (12g) chia seeds
  • 1 pinch (0.5g) fine sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.6g) ground Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup (60g) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon (20g) pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons (15g) toasted walnuts
  • 1/4 cup (37g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon (3g) hemp hearts

Instructions:

  1. In a 16 oz wide-mouth mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Stir or shake until the seeds are evenly distributed to prevent clumping.
  2. Pour in the almond milk, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir vigorously, ensuring you reach the bottom corners of the jar to eliminate dry pockets.
  3. Seal the jar with an airtight lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Before serving, top the oats with toasted walnuts, fresh blueberries, and hemp hearts. Stir again if a thinner consistency is desired, adding a splash of extra milk if needed.
