Our Story

Arora’s Recipe was founded in 2022 by culinary enthusiast and home cook, Shreya Arora. Shreya’s earliest memories are of rolling dough in her grandmother’s kitchen in Lucknow, the tempting aroma of garam masala always lingering in the air. She started posting her family’s recipes online to preserve tradition and connect with relatives who had moved abroad.

Over time, the site grew from a personal digital cookbook to a vibrant online community. Friends began contributing their specialties, and curious cooks from around the world reached out with their own stories and questions. Today, Arora’s Recipe is a collaborative space led by a diverse team with authentic roots in different cuisines and a deep desire to help others experience the magic of home-cooked food.

Every recipe on our site captures the warmth and connection of mealtime. From favorite Indian street snacks and festive platters to quick global dinners and creative desserts, we offer a little something for everyone—always made with heart.
