Terms of Use

Last Updated: October 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of arorasrecipe.com (the "Site"), the recipes and articles published on it, and the features it offers, such as recipe ratings, comments and the contact form. By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and why. You can learn more about the Site and its recipe categories on the About Us page.

2. Use of Content and Copyright

The text, recipe write-ups, images, logos and layout on Arora's Recipe are protected by copyright and belong to the Site, except where another owner is clearly identified. You are welcome to use the content in the following ways:

  • Personal, non-commercial use: cook the recipes, print or save a recipe for your own kitchen, and share them with family and friends.
  • Sharing with a link: you may share a short excerpt or one photo from a recipe on social media, a blog or a newsletter, as long as you credit Arora's Recipe and link back to the original recipe page.

Please do not copy full recipes, articles or images to another website, republish them in a book, app, video or product, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Re-posting a complete recipe, including the full ingredient list and method, on another site is not permitted even if a credit is given.

Ingredient lists on their own are not protected by copyright, but the way a recipe is written, explained and illustrated on this Site is.

3. User Submissions

The Site accepts three kinds of submissions from visitors: recipe ratings, comments, and messages sent through the contact form.

Ratings and comments

When you post a rating or comment, you provide your name and the text you write. By submitting it, you confirm that you wrote it or have the right to share it, and you give Arora's Recipe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site. Your comment remains yours.

Please keep submissions respectful and relevant to the recipe. Do not post anything that:

  • is unlawful, abusive, defamatory or harassing;
  • is spam, advertising or a link to an unrelated product or website;
  • contains personal information about other people;
  • infringes someone else's copyright or other rights.

We may edit, decline or remove any rating or comment, including ones that break these rules or are off-topic, without notice. Comments express the views of their authors, not of Arora's Recipe, and we do not guarantee that cooking tips or substitutions suggested by readers are accurate or safe.

Contact messages

Messages sent through the contact form (your name, email address and message) are used only to reply to you. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a message.

4. Recipe and Nutrition Disclaimer

The recipes on Arora's Recipe are developed and edited for clear steps, realistic times and temperatures, ingredient substitutions and food-safety notes. They are shared for general informational purposes. Cooking always involves some variation, so please use your own judgement in the kitchen.

  • Results vary: the outcome of a recipe depends on ingredient quality and brands, substitutions, the accuracy of your oven or stovetop, altitude, pan size and your own experience. Listed prep and cook times are approximations, and we cannot guarantee that a dish will turn out identically for you.
  • Nutrition values are estimates: any calorie or nutrient figures shown are approximate. They depend on the specific products, portion sizes and substitutions you use, so treat them as a rough guide rather than exact data.
  • Allergens and dietary needs: recipes may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame. Always read the labels of the products you buy, check every ingredient against your own allergies and intolerances, and adapt the recipe as needed. A suggested substitution is not a guarantee that a dish is free of a given allergen.
  • Food safety and doneness: wash your hands and surfaces, keep raw meat, poultry and fish separate from ready-to-eat foods, and refrigerate leftovers promptly. Use a food thermometer to confirm doneness rather than relying on color or cooking time alone. As a general reference, poultry should reach 165°F (74°C) and ground meats 160°F (71°C) at the thickest part; consult current guidance from your local food-safety authority for other foods. Take care with hot oil, hot pans, pressure cookers, air fryers and other appliances, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for your equipment.
  • Not medical or dietary advice: nothing on the Site is medical, nutritional or dietary advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or follow a special diet, speak with a qualified professional before changing what you eat. Recipes described as lighter or plant-based are not treatments for any condition.

You prepare and eat any recipe from the Site at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the information useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, error-free or suitable for your particular needs, or that the Site will always be available or free of interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arora's Recipe and its authors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, property damage or loss arising from your use of the Site, from preparing or eating any recipe, or from relying on information, nutrition estimates, user comments or third-party content found here.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features or change how the Site works. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page occasionally.

8. Contact
