All you need for this juice is a few green leaves of aloe vera and a couple of carrots, about one cup of spinach and half to one lemon.

Blend them all together in a high- speed blender until smooth. You could use ice to make it cold but I did not. It is best to drink the juice within 24 hours stores in refrigerator in an airtight container.

  • 2 leaves Aloe vera (I used more because my blender is small).
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 cup of spinach [I used less]
  • 1/2 lemon (or more to your taste)

Instructions

Step 1. Wash the fruits, peel and the scrape the green part of Citrullus- landaus; discard any spiky parts.

Step 2. Cut into small pieces, and put in a blender with water and/or diluted fruit juice. Add some ice cubes if needed to cool it down.

Step 3. Process until smooth or your taste demands you to add more water or liquid.
